Spain-Portugal 2026 – Help me get to 50

After whittling Paris down to 46 photos, I figured Spain and Portugal would be easy.
It wasn’t.

I got it to 51 and simply couldn’t let go of one more. Blame the architecture. These are cities that paint their buildings in colors no American zoning board would ever approve, and build things that stop you on the sidewalk asking, “Wait… what is that?”

Follow the link to find a cave you’ll want to step into, a clock made entirely of flowers, seahorses in the middle of the street, and a building made of plastic. Yes, really.

You’ll also find a bridge you’ll swear is the Golden Gate. It isn’t. Nobody moved it from California. It’s Lisbon’s Ponte 25 de Abril, stretching across the Tagus River. But I bet you knew that.

From Lisbon to A Coruña, Cartagena, and Mallorca, these photos made the cut because they surprised me or told a story I didn’t want to forget.

Now I need your help. I owe you an even 50. As you scroll, pick the one I should cut. Or, if you can’t bear to lose any, tell me the two or three you’d fight to keep.
